ACCESO A LA UNIVERSIDAD EN FINLANDIA
Universities in Finland are essentially free for students from EU countries, and the Finnish government will even pay a small student allowance to EU citizens studying in Finland.
In general, the universities in Finland can be divided into two categories: Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS). The universities are more focused on theoretical studies and research, while the UASs aim to educate their students with emphasis on practical work. Both the Universities and UASs recognize the European Baccalaureate (EB) diploma, and all offer (at least some) programs taught in English.
The programs that are available in English can be found on the official ministry of education webpage https://studyinfo.fi/wp2/en/, along with detailed instructions on how and when to apply.
